From Antar Bharati Balgram to the Tata Mumbai Marathon: Our Journey for a Greener Tomorrow
India Sponsorship Committee is a registered and recognised non-profit organisation established in 1967, when child sponsorship was a nascent concept in India.Over time, this mission evolved into four distinct programs aimed
at empowering both children and women to become meaningful, contributing
members of society. ISC is dedicated to nurturing every child for their social,
emotional, and physical growth.
ISC’s Theory of Change guides all its programs, ensuring holistic development for children. The theory comes to life through the ISCs' model of sponsorship, creating a community that is as secure as a home, with mentors who guide spiritual and social development, and teachers to assist learning and skill development.
All contributions are eligible or deductions under Section 80G of Income Tax Act
About Me
I am Devendra Avhad, a proud graduate of ISC Antar Bharti Balgram and School, a place that shaped not just my childhood, but the person I am today. It was within those nurturing walls that I discovered my passion for sports and the importance of preserving the world we live in.
Now, I stand before you, not just as a sportsman pursuing physical education, but as someone who wants to make a difference. Alongside me, I have the honor of introducing six incredible colleagues, each driven by a shared vision - to run the Tata Mumbai Marathon in support of the environment and green energy.

Annu Sinha- A tireless advocate for sustainable practices, Annu embodies the spirit of our cause. Her dedication to environmental conservation is an inspiration to us all.
Manika Tamang With boundless energy and a heart full of compassion, Manika is committed to creating a greener, healthier world for generations to come.
Bobby Kavare - A true force of nature, Bobby's determination to promote clean energy solutions is evident in every step he takes towards a sustainable future.
Sanchit Kavare- An ardent believer in the power of collective action, Sanchit's passion for the environment is contagious, motivating us all to do our part.
Prajwal - With a love for the outdoors, Prajwal understands the profound impact nature has on our well-being. He runs for a world where every child can experience the beauty of a thriving environment.
Neelam Shaikh - A beacon of positivity and hope, Neelam's unwavering commitment to our cause exemplifies the strength of our collective effort.
