I started my sports journey at Dilkhush Special School ground, and over the years, I have regularly seen vibrant and beautiful children with special needs navigate their way through everyday life. I have also seen first hand, the smiles and joy the school and its dedicated staff provide. Having grown increasingly appreciative of this energy and environment around me, and in my own small way, I'd like to play my part. Hence, to promote an overall awareness about disability, and to promote inclusivity in our society, especially through sports, I have also been a part of the Unified Sports, a programme run by Special Olympics Bharat and played football with the students of Dilkhush Special School.
