Ever since corona virus hit India, we have been witnessing the heart wrenching struggles of migrants and daily wagers around us. This pandemic has created a huge economic setback for them. Along with this, there has been a great increase in Human Trafficking. United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) launched a research brief on 14 May 2020, which stated that COVID-19 measures may likely lead to an increase in cross-border trafficking and human smuggling. Combating this issue can only be done by spreading awareness in schools, organizations and other institutions.
Hence awareness is the key to eradicate this injustice
