COOJ Mental Health Foundation reaches out to people who have been affected by mental illness or disability. We operate projects under 4 major mental health needs: Psychosocial rehabilitation, Suicide Prevention, Geriatric & Dementia Care and Community Mental health.
The products made at COOJ are by people with psychological disabilities. It is a testament to their courage and determination and is reflective of their journey from obscurity, total dependence and non productivity to eventually becoming contributing members of their communities within the boundaries of their individual capacities. Below are the products made at COOJ: handmade paper bags, paintings (on canvas and bottles), designed mirrors, table pieces, lampshades, acrylic work, coasters, stationary items (envelopes, folders, diaries), photo frames, pebbles etc.
