MISSION
RSCD is working with Rural Development actors who are facilitating development through strengthening local governance. Women are the core change actors in the process of change and nation building. International Society For Human Awakening And Development (ISHAD) is a non-government registered organisation working in the feild of local self government founded by Shri J S Saharia (Retd. IAS). ISHAD is dedicated towards the holistic development and empowerment of various sections of the society. This is made possible through the various activities ISHAD undertakes, building capacity and providing necessary support for knowledge building and development for the strengthening of Local Self Government like Panchayat Raj Institutes and Urban Local Bodies. ISHAD promotes strengthening and creating of robust and sustainable structures at the grassroots level to empower and for holistic and inclusive development.
