CHIRAG’s mission is to improve the quality of life of rural people- especially the poor and women- in the Central Himalaya. The organization tries to do this through interventions in health, education and natural resource management, and by providing access to diversified livelihood options. CHIRAG promote the sustainable ownership and management of common resources by the community.

Appeal

Chirag is a K-5 school and is looking for support to extend it upto class VIII. We need funds for building 3 classrooms, a school library, auditorium, science lab and a toilet block.
