Srujna is dedicated to creating a comprehensive ecosystem that empowers women affected by poverty. Our mission is to equip these women with the skills, tools, and resources necessary to earn a respectable income and foster positive change within their communities. By providing access to vocational training, financial literacy programs, and entrepreneurial support, we aim to enhance their capabilities and boost their confidence.

Through mentorship and community engagement, we facilitate connections that help women build networks, share experiences, and support one another. Our approach not only focuses on individual growth but also emphasizes the importance of collective progress, enabling these women to become leaders and advocates for change. By investing in their potential, we are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty and promoting sustainable development in their communities. Together, we can transform lives and create a brighter future for all.
