| Project Description | Even today girls are often denied their right to education, employability and financial independence, which perpetuates gender discrimination and stifles their potential. empowHER India has courageously taken up the cause of empowering girls and ensuring equal access to education through Rakesh Jain Madhyamik Vidyamandir. With humble beginnings, our school started with only a handful of students and 3 classrooms in the year 2000. However, it has grown exponentially over the years, now accommodating 450 students as of 2023. RJMV, education is not limited to textbooks and exams alone. We have embraced a holistic approach, nurturing students' talents in arts, culture, and sports, while also equipping them with vocational skills for employability in the future. | ||||||

| Project Description | Through the Bib charity amount, empowHER India was able to support the all-around education of 37 children from Rakesh Jain Secondary High School for the year 2022-23 which includes the amount towards maintaining the : I. Infrastructure needs: A library, computer room, laboratory, a recreational garden area and a sports ground for various sports. II. Quality education needs: Innovative education like E-learning initiatives, communicative English programs, and extracurricular activities. III. Technical, vocational and entrepreneurial needs: The continuous running of the IBT(Information to Basic Technology) programs with good-quality educators. | ||||||
