The Teacher Education Program, a flagship initiative, began in 2019 as Project Pragyan to build the capacity of in-service teachers. Over time, the program expanded to include pre-service teachers through Project Teachable, evolving into a holistic Teacher Education Program. This initiative supports teachers at every stage—pre-service, induction, and in-service—offering a seamless continuum of professional development.

The foundation collaborates with government institutions like SCERT and DIET for pre-service teacher education and Samagra Shiksha and Education Departments for in-service training. Partnerships also extend to private teacher education colleges offering B.Ed, D.El.Ed, and similar courses.

The program includes digital content, leadership initiatives, professional development opportunities, events, and competitions. It fosters collaborative learning and attitude development through structured learning circles. These efforts aim to empower teachers, enhancing their skills and creating a nurturing educational environment that benefits educators and students alike.
