At RATI, we believe that no one should face the aftermath of sexual and gender-based violence alone. Whether the abuse happens online or in real life, we are one of the few organizations in India offering comprehensive support to victims after the incident. Women and child survivors of abuse often face overwhelming challenges—social stigma, financial hardships, disruptions in education, and even the trauma of personal content being leaked online.

RATI provides a safe, one-stop resource for survivors to access essential services. From helping with financial aid to navigating the legal system and addressing online threats, we ensure that each person gets the support they need to rebuild their lives, without being retraumatized. We are a team of trained social workers, lawyers, counsellors, technologists and researchers.

Since inception we have provided indepth support to more than 500 victims of violence. At any point of time, through our various programs, we are actively assisting close to 100 victims and families. We’re here to make sure that survivors can move forward with dignity, strength, and the knowledge that they are not alone. At RATI, we believe that healing from abuse is not about second chances. We believe it should be a certainty and not left to chance.

Every survivor we work with at RATI receives a personalized care plan that maps out their journey to healing and recovery. This plan covers every aspect needed to help survivors rebuild their lives and regain a sense of normalcy. It addresses crucial areas like legal support, social reintegration, education, mental health services, nutrition, shelter, healthcare, and even basic sanitation.
