Presently, we have our direct interventions across eight districts of Madhya Pradesh and extended presence across Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with our grass root partners, engaging diverse community stakeholders through participatory methods and fostering sustainable, youth-led social development.

Synergy Sansthan is seeking your support for the Udaan Fellowship, which empowers 900 adolescent girls (ages 16-21) from rural and tribal communities to become leaders and agents of social change. Udaan equips young girls with the skills and confidence to challenge societal norms and drive meaningful change within their villages. The program fosters aspirations and creates a network of empowered youth committed to social transformation. The funds raised will be directed toward the following key areas:
1. Mentorship and Training: Providing tailored mentorship and leadership development for all 60 fellows, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to lead impactful, community-driven projects.
2. Community Project Implementation: Supporting the fellows in designing and executing social transformation projects that challenge societal norms and create sustainable change in their villages.
3. Leadership Development: Conducting workshops, leadership camps, and skill-building sessions that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills among the fellows.
4. Resource Materials and Infrastructure: Ensuring access to the necessary resources and safe spaces for the fellows to implement their projects and enhance their leadership capabilities.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Ongoing assessment of the fellows' progress, providing continuous support to ensure successful project outcomes and sustainability.
The cost to support each Udaan Fellow is Rs. 4,500, covering all key areas. Your contribution will directly enable these 900 young leaders to transform their communities and inspire future change. Join us in nurturing these catalysts of progress.
