TNS India Foundation is dedicated to enabling economic transformation for marginalized communities, especially women, in India. We do this through multi-sector skilling programs that enhance youth employability, agriculture initiatives, and entrepreneurship initiatives. By connecting enterprising individuals to transformative opportunities, we create an enduring impact for them, their families, and their communities. Our mission is to democratize access to opportunities for under-resourced individuals to unlock their economic potential, while promoting diversity and inclusion and building sustainable growth systems. We aim to create shared value by executing demand-driven, industry-relevant, sustainable solutions to stimulate socio-economic growth. We deliver impact using the following models across 10 states/Union Territories in India: • Youth Skilling & Employability: Programs designed to educate students and make them job-ready by developing their 21st-century skills, advanced technical skills, and industrial skills, helping them secure their future in the formal sector workforce. • Women Entrepreneurship: Programs aimed at coaching and mentoring women to overcome gender-related barriers and inequalities, helping them start or grow their businesses, and ultimately improving their economic resilience and stability through entrepreneurship. • Agriculture & Natural Resource Management: Scalable models for remunerative and sustainable agriculture with a focus on capacity building and promoting best regenerative agricultural practices to enhance output and trade knowledge, manage natural resources, and strengthen market linkages for efficient value chains. With the support of key donors such as Microsoft, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan, Salesforce, Capgemini, HDB, Moodys, Yes Foundation, Lenovo, and Accenture, among others, we have positively impacted over 55,000 individuals in India over 12 years, across the above interventions.
