Several thousands of students in rural India drop out from high school, around the age of 13 years. The reasons are many, but poverty and lack of access are the most prevalent, especially for girls. These young, bright minds are then wasted in labour jobs, or worse, forced to get married. Detailed research done by Light of Life Trust and the Govt. shows that if each child is provided with guidance and some basic support, the Girl Child goes back to school. My plea is a simple one , in these days when the pandemic has hid all of us, we need to continue to educate them online and for this need need basic hardware to access our lessons on Youtube..We wish to provide Computer Tablets for them. Each tablet will be shared by 5 students. Help me raise funds for 20 such tablets which cost Rs 8500.00 each. 100 kids will get directly impacted and benefited.!
