Powered by the transformational work done by Light of life Trust (LOLT) over the past 16 years, I am delighted to continue this journey once again with them. With the aim of breaking the generational cycle of poverty – one life at a time, LOLT supports its beneficiaries through secondary education, higher secondary education, livelihood training programmes, primary health care, training of teachers and much more. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a huge humanitarian crisis and the mid & long term impact of the pandemic is alarming and the communities that are living on the fringes are suffering the most. With the forecasted economic slowdown which is predicted to reduce CSR funding through corporates, we need to give all the support that we can to help these communities.
