NGO REGISTRATIONS - ENQUIRY FORM

This enquiry form is the first step for a non profit organisation to register with United Way Mumbai for participation in the Tata Mumbai Marathon, or to be eligible for grants and collaborations through United Way Mumbai.

In order to be eligible, an organisation must be a registered trust / society / section 8 company. It must have been in operation for a minimum of three years and have a valid 80G and 12A registration. As part of the due diligence process, United Way Mumbai will request NGOs to submit the following mandatory documents:

  • Certificate of registration
  • MOA / trust deed
  • PAN card
  • Address proof
  • 80G certificate
  • 12 A certificate
  • CSR 1
  • Audited accounts (last 3 years)
  • Form 10B (last 3 years)
  • ITR (last 3 years)
  • Cancelled cheque

All of these are mandatory submissions, in addition to other organisational details which will be requested.
