Raising Funds For

The global outbreak of Covid-19 is severely affecting healthcare systems and economic activity. Affecting more than 180 countries, the consequences of the pandemic are far reaching and will have long lasting effects.

We welcome your support as we now work towards long term requirements in the fight against Covid-19. Your donations will go towards fighting the spread of the virus, keeping health workers safe and support community resilience. Our efforts will include -
• Upgradation of sanitation and hygiene facilities in communities
• Health education, screening and awareness generation on WASH behaviours
• Restoring livelihoods of daily wage earners and marginalized communities
• Mental health support
• Identification and skilling of community health volunteers.

As schools continue to remain closed, your donation will help children through -
• Let’s READ project, which aims to foster the love of reading amongst children from marginalized communities. Through this, we will set up mini libraries in shelter homes/NGOs, gift book sets, conduct book reading workshops and train NGO staff.

• Project Poshan fights against malnutrition amongst children in impoverished communities. Through this project, we will identify undernourished children, provide nutrition supplementation & medical referrals, monitor growth and train Anganwadi workers and parents.

Your donations will also go towards conserving and replenishing Mumbai’s depleting mangrove cover. Through Mission Mangroves, we will now work on restoration of an additional 10 hectares of degraded wetlands and education of citizens.
