About Me

Having worked for 21 years in social development, I have seen upfront how children and women on the streets are open to rampant abuse and exploitation. The strategy employed by RAAH feeding program of project HOPE, to reach the hearts of these vulnerable children through their stomachs and bring lasting change in the way they think , act and live life for a better future, also their simple objective of helping homeless street dwellers transition to a home, be it a small room in a chawl, really caught my attention and so I have decided to raise a small amount through your kind support.

Appeal

The RAAH Feeding Program by project HOPE brings children together every Sunday for a nutritious meal, including protein-rich dishes like dal/ chicken/eggs/rice/ roti, served with dignity.
This initiative allows the team to identify vulnerable children, assess their need for education, and protect them from abuse, often by trusted family or community members. Through songs, games, stories, the program teaches values like respect, purpose, and the importance of education, fostering hope for their future.
The program has successfully supported children’s education, sending nine to boarding schools and planning more. One success story is a boy who completed Mechatronics diploma after Grade 10, now working and aiming for Grade 12 and overseas studies.
In addition, Project Hope collaborates with Grace Public School in Odisha to provide books for students up to Grade 8, ensuring educational access.
With your support, the RAAH Feeding Program continues to change lives, offering both nourishment and opportunities for a brighter future.
