About Me
My name is Jino John, and I have had the privilege of being a volunteer at Sant Claret Anath Ashram since its inception. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible work this Ashram does in caring for the most vulnerableth e forgotten, the neglected, and the abandoned members of our society.
This Ashram has transformed not only the lives of its residents but also my own. Through my journey here, I have come to understand the true meaning of compassion and the profound joy that comes from serving others.
As a volunteer, I contribute wherever I am needed:
• Picking up destitute individuals from the streets and bringing them to the Ashram.
• Conducting sessions to uplift and engage the residents.
• Providing wound care and attending to their medical needs.
• Simply offering a listening ear or a warm presence when they need it most.
This Ashram is not just a place; it is a sanctuary of hope for those who have none. It has become an integral part of my life, and I am deeply committed to its mission of spreading love and care to the neediest members of our community.
We urgently need your support to continue this vital work. Your generous donation will help provide food, medical care, and shelter for our residents, ensuring they live their remaining days with dignity and comfort.
Appeal
Sant Claret Anath Ashram provides compassionate care for individuals who are mentally ill, bedridden, or in need of palliative care. Known as the Home for Dying Destitutes, we primarily care for those in the final stages of life.
Currently, we are providing care to 175 residents, including elderly individuals, cancer patients, and those suffering from tuberculosis. As the number of residents continues to rise, the demand for resources has increased dramatically. We face significant challenges in meeting the basic needs of our residents, such as hygiene, medical care, and nutrition, due to limited resources.
To continue offering these essential services and ensure the dignity and well-being of those who depend on us, we urgently need your support. Your generous contribution will help us maintain the care and compassion we strive to provide every day.
We humbly ask for your consideration and assistance in supporting our Ashram. Your help will make a profound difference in the lives of those we care for during their final days.
