Hello everyone, I'm Pritesh Bhalchandra Ijankar. As a passionate education development professional, I've spent over 8 years working with NGOs to create positive change. Holding an MBA in Operations Management and a Master's in Physics, I currently lead the AI_LEAP program as Project Manager at Meljol.

The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) recent survey on Financial Knowledge, attitudes and behavior, has amplified this significant gap across the populations. Only 68 % respondents scored below 3 out of 10 indicating a lack of understanding of fundamental financial concepts, exposing them to financial risks, particularly in economically vulnerable communities (Reserve Bank of India, 2024). This coupled with lack of resources and knowledge to effectively plan for their futures makes it impossible for Millions to break free from the cycle of poverty and achieve financial stability.
