About Me
I am Vikas Rane, the Project Coordinator for the Parivartan Project in Navi Mumbai. In my role, I oversee the planning, execution, and management of the project’s initiatives, which focus on providing educational support to students in municipal schools. With a passion for empowering underprivileged children, I am dedicated to ensuring that every student receives the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed.
The Parivartan Project is aimed at bridging educational gaps by offering remedial sessions, life skills training, career guidance for 10th standard students, and celebrating key social days to foster civic responsibility. As the coordinator, I work closely with a team of teachers, volunteers, and community partners to make a positive impact in the lives of these students.
I am committed to creating an environment where each child can grow academically, emotionally, and socially, ultimately helping them reach their full potential.

Access to Learning Resources: We provide students with essential learning materials to enhance their education, including books, supplies, and tools for personal growth.
Building Confidence & Resilience: We focus on boosting students' self-esteem and preparing them to face challenges with confidence and determination.
