Curing childhood cancer is a cause I deeply resonate with because every child deserves the chance to grow, dream, and live a full life free from the burden of illness. Cancer strips away that innocence and potential, affecting not just the child but entire families. The fight against childhood cancer represents hope, resilience, and the power of collective action. I believe in the possibility of a future where no child has to endure such pain or face uncertain survival, and I am committed to supporting the research, treatments, and care that can make that future a reality. Every child deserves a tomorrow, and I want to be part of making sure they get it.

Appeal

Childhood cancer can be cured. But for children in India, it’s a very different story. Lack of access to timely treatment and malnutrition among those seeking treatment makes survival difficult for children.
~76,000 adolescents (age 0-19) may develop cancer every year in India of which ~ 40% are malnourished at diagnosis. Malnutrition has a serious impact on cancer treatment, because treatments like chemotherapy may lead to side effects, complications, risk of infections, etc.
Cuddles Foundation is India's only NGO dedicated to helping children combat cancer through holistic nutrition. Cuddles has partnered with top government hospitals and charity cancer treatment centers to address the nutrition gap in Indian childhood cancer care. Through their FoodHeals®? Program, Cuddles provides year-round holistic nutrition support to children and their families in 40+ hospitals across India.
The funds raised via Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon will contribute to supporting hundreds of children at our partner hospitals in Delhi with ration bundles, supplements, meals & counseling.
