My name is Adil khan, and I am deeply passionate about uplifting marginalized communities. This year, I am raising funds for Lok Seva Sangam, an NGO that provides life-changing medical, educational, and economic support to underprivileged families in Mumbai.

Lok Seva Sangam believes in the power of compassion, community, and action. For nearly five decades, this trusted organization has been transforming lives in Mumbai’s underserved communities. Through its healthcare, education, and family development programs, Lok Seva Sangam works tirelessly to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity to those in need.

Key Programs and Impact:

Leprosy Program: Over 30,000 patients have received free diagnosis, treatment, and support, helping them regain health and dignity.

Tuberculosis (TB) Program: Lok Seva Sangam has supported over 10,000 TB patients with free testing, treatment, and nutritional care to ensure a full recovery.

Education Program: More than 8,000 children have accessed quality education, and 300 children are currently sponsored for tuition, school supplies, and after-school programs.

Family Development Program (FDP): Over 15,000 families have been empowered with counseling, health support, and skills training, building stronger futures for generations.
