Empower Sparsha Students for Corporate-Level Careers

For the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of teaching hardware skills to the incredible students at Sparsha. These young learners are brimming with potential, but they face significant barriers that prevent them from reaching their true potential in the corporate world.

When I began working with them, I quickly realized their challenges: difficulties in speaking English confidently, lack of exposure to professional grooming, and limited access to resources to prepare them for the demands of corporate jobs. Yet, their determination and hunger to learn inspire me every day.

These students have the talent and the will to succeed but need support to bridge the gap. I am committed to providing them not only technical skills but also life skills such as English communication, corporate grooming, and confidence-building. Together, we can ensure they step into the corporate world equipped with everything they need to thrive.
