About Me
I’m a passionate runner with a lifelong love for sports and fitness. Though I now call Hyderabad home, the Tata Mumbai Marathon holds a special place in my heart—it’s where I ran my very first half and full marathons when I lived in Mumbai.
This year, I want to make my race even more meaningful by running to support a cause close to my heart. I’ve chosen to raise funds for EmancipAction India Foundation (EAIF) because I strongly believe in the urgent need to provide accessible mental health services for children from vulnerable backgrounds. Every child deserves the tools and support to heal and thrive, and this foundation is making that possible.
Your support, no matter the size, can have a lasting impact on these children’s lives. Together, let’s make every step of this journey count. Thank you for your support!
Appeal
Hello friends & family,
This is my 3rd Tata Mumbai Marathon, and I’m pushing myself to achieve a personal best by completing it in under 4 hours. But I’m not just running for myself—I’m running to raise funds for an organization I deeply care about: EmancipAction India Foundation (EAIF).
Why support EAIF?
EAIF’s mission is to make mental healthcare accessible to underserved communities across India. They go beyond short-term fixes, offering sustained, evidence-based support through school curriculums, community mental health programs, and trauma-informed care. They’re the ones who stay when others leave.
- Program Ashray provides trauma-informed counseling to children in shelter homes.
- Program Svasth Mann ensures mental health care reaches the staff and children in municipal schools.
-Shakti empowers frontline workers in vulnerable communities to help those with mental health issues.
Every donation goes towards bringing hope, healing, and mental health care to those who need it the most. Let’s make a difference together!
Check out their work at https://www.eaif-raah.org/ and please support with your generous contributions.
Thank you for being part of this meaningful journey!
