Reporting to : Assistant Manager - Community Investment

Location : Pune

Number of Positions: 2 

Project Duration : January 2025 - March 2026

Profiles overview: We are looking for relevant candidates for the below mentioned 2 profiles in our Saksham Project. 

1. Project Associate:
  • Manage and coordinate the Saksham projects and the field operations in Pune
  • Conduct Social mapping exercises to identify the beneficiaries under Saksham Projects.
  • Ensure timely mobilisation, enrolment, training delivery, and post-training support for all participants.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to beneficiaries, facilitating the continuity and growth of their businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement program activities and events within the scope of the project, schedule and define targets.
  • Prepare Needs assessment and weekly reports, plan and execute short-term and long-term interventions
  • Create a specific plan for the execution of projects every month in alignment with the overall project timelines
  • Communicate and collaborate with government agencies to achieve project goals
  • Assess beneficiaries to ensure the selection of relevant candidates
  • Create information brochures, and organize meetings on the different aspects of social mobilization, in the local language.
  • Maintain documents related to the projects, separately for each activity to ensure timely and effective completion of the activities.
  • Regularly report the progress of the Saksham projects in a set format.

2. Peer Educator:

  • Manage and coordinate the project and the field operations.
  • Conduct Social mapping exercises to identify the beneficiaries.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to beneficiaries, facilitating the continuity and growth of their skills training and businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement program activities and events within the scope of the project, schedule and define targets.
  • Prepare Needs assessment and weekly reports
  • Create a specific plan for the execution of projects every month in alignment with the overall project timelines.
  • Maintain documents related to the project, separately for each activity to ensure timely and effective completion of the activities.
  • Regularly report the progress of the project in a set format.
  • Conduct Personality Development training and timely submission of the training report.

Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; based on market standards.
