Profiles overview: We are looking for relevant candidates for the below mentioned 8 profiles in our Kaushal - livelihood programme.
1. Mobilizer : Mobilize and organize trainees for courses. Achieve 100% enrolment targets. Counsel students and address their challenges. Maintain accurate documentation at the center level and update mobilization data.
2. MIS Coordinator : Manage & verify mobilization data. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Ensure data accuracy on both online platforms & mobile applications for a vocational skill training center. Coordinate with various teams to maintain, & track data related to training in Retail, Warehousing, and BFSI courses. Manage monthly invoicing, reimbursement submissions, and record-keeping at the center level.
3. Placement Coordinator : Meet project placement targets. Ensure candidate retention through ongoing post-placement support. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize candidate placements and explore new revenue models. Drive internal efficiency to consistently meet placement targets across all levels. Organize placement drives at the center level. Arrange guest lectures with industry experts. Coordinate exposure visits for students to enhance practical learning experiences.
4. Center Manager : Oversee all operational and strategic activities at the vocational skill training center. Ensure successful candidate training, placements, and retention. Manage mobilization, training and placement targets. Build relationships with industry partners and other stakeholders. Organize events for skill development, and driving the center’s performance to meet project goals in Retail, Warehousing, Web Development and BFSI courses.
5. Trainer - Banking and Finance Services Industry : Minimum 3 years of work experience in BFSI sector. Candidate should have practical experience and establish connections with relevant sector companies to facilitate exposure visits and placements in collaboration with the project team. Support the mobilization team in recruiting candidates from relevant institutions and stakeholders
6. Trainer - Retail Sales Associates : Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, with at least 2 years in distribution sales training. Candidates should have practical experience and establish connections with relevant sector companies to facilitate exposure visits and placements in collaboration with the project team. Support the mobilization team in recruiting candidates from relevant institutions and stakeholders
7. Trainer - Ware House Associate : Minimum of 3 years experience in any of the warehouse operations job roles. 1 year of teaching/training or team management experience preferred. Candidates should have practical experience and establish connections with relevant sector companies to facilitate exposure visits and placements in collaboration with the project team. Support the mobilization team in recruiting candidates from relevant institutions and stakeholders. Conduct life-skill sessions to enhance participants' personal development, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, equipping them for professional and personal success.
8. Trainer-IT-Web Developer : Minimum 2 years work experience as trainer. Candidates should have practical experience and establish connections with relevant sector companies to facilitate exposure visits and placements in collaboration with the project team. Support the mobilization team in recruiting candidates from relevant institutions and stakeholders. Conduct life-skill sessions to enhance participants' personal development, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, equipping them for professional and personal success.
Remuneration : Consultancy fees will range between INR 20000 - 50000 per month, subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit.
