Job Overview:
The field officer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing project related activities in Mangaluru under the guidance of project lead. We are looking for a team member who is passionate for the cause of curing waterbody pollution and increase awareness within the city on waste management and has strong program management skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage activities and deliverables of the project.

Create a specific plan for the execution of project activities on weekly basis in alignment with the overall project timelines.

Efficient in community outreach and mobilization skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office -Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Work actively with schools, colleges, NGOs to mobilize seek their active participation in the project activities.

Document the project activities and outcomes on regular basis and submit the project status report as per the committed timelines.

Candidate must be a team player and should be willing to travel extensively in and around Mangaluru for coordinating program activities.

Financial reconciliation and reporting of the project activities.
Profile Requisites:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.

Minimum of 2 years of work experience. (in the field of community conservation or relevant social projects with focus on behaviour change)

A dynamic and versatile person who can easily connect and effectively work with internal and external stakeholders of the project.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Efficient in community outreach and mobilization.

Must be efficient in communicating in English and local language of Mangaluru

Candidate must be a team player willing to travel to implement program activities.
Remuneration: INR 30,000 - 35,000 per month
