Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of workers for effective implementation of the program.
- Keeping daily records of the activities and documentation.
- Liaise, communicate, interact effectively and manage partnerships with the internal and external stakeholders of the project such as Government agencies, waste management agencies, civil society groups (NGOs, citizen groups, etc.) and the UWM Team.
- Document the project activities and outcomes on a regular basis and submit the project status report to the UWM Team
- Keeping stock of the materials needed for the field
- Keeping the attendance and other records of the field team
- Visiting the stakeholders within the city.
- Creating the reports on regular intervals
Profile Requisites:
- Diploma in Social Sciences or other relevant fields
- 0-2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of the waste management.
- A dynamic and versatile person who can easily connect and effectively work with internal and external stakeholders of the project.
- Efficient in community outreach and mobilisation.
- Must be efficient in communicating in Hindi or Marathi (Written and Verbal) and English.
- Good MS office skills i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Remuneration: INR 15,000 - 20,000 per month
