Job Overview:

We are looking for a project lead who can manage and coordinate our education programs in Haryana. You will be responsible for engaging with local communities to understand their needs and developing an intervention strategy for community welfare in Haryana.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with donor along with other stakeholders (school principals, government, community leaders, parents etc)
  • Create specific plan for execution of projects on weekly basis in alignment with the overall
  • Liaise, communicate,interact effectively and manage partnership with the internal and external stakeholders of the project such as; Government agencies, private players (various expert agencies working on the project), civil society groups (NGOs, citizen's groups, etc.)
  • Develop/ possess detailed knowledge on the project causes and be able to guide the project team and give inputs to all the project partners
  • Document the project activities and outcomes on regular basis and submit the project status reports to the donor as per the committed timelines
  • Financial reconciliation and reporting of the project activities
  • Conducting periodic training for the project team and managing logistics for the same.
  • Coordinating with the central and other state teams and align project goals with organisational goals.
  • To assist on project and content strategy.

 Profile Requisites: 

  • Post-Graduation in development studies (Majors in Education will be preferred)
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in the development sector
  • Passionate about working in and for improving quality of education among children from the low socio-economic background
  • Self-starter who can lead project implementation independently
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Good in interpersonal communication and organizing field based program
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams collaboratively
  • Demonstrable experience in program implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Open to travel and field visits. 

Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit, the salary range is INR 6 LPA to 14 LPA.
