Nirmaan Organization, a registered NGO, has been at the forefront of leading positive change in India for the past 18 years. Our vision is to achieve a knowledge-driven and economically empowered society, through initiatives in Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Health and Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion, Community Development, and Social Leadership. Our flagship programs have benefited 2.5 million people across 22 states, successfully addressing challenges faced by children, women, youth, persons with disabilities, LGBTQI+ individuals, and farmers. We have a dedicated team comprising over 500 full-time employees, with an extensive volunteer network exceeding 1,000 individuals.
