Atma works towards the vision of "Quality Education for Every Child." Atma makes this a reality through partnership with leading educational NGOs. Atma is an NGO that supports other NGOs. Since being founded in 2007, Atma has partnered with 9 educational NGOs who reach over 11,000 children and young adults. Atma's Model is a holistic approach that offers Consultancy, Training & Workshops, Volunteer Management and Advocacy services to each Atma Partner. The Atma Model co-creates a platform of excellence in Education through innovative programs that are aimed at creating lifelong learners.
Fund Usage:
Funds raised through the SCMM 2012 will be used to support Atma's 2012-13 partnership programs:
- Children with learning difficulties.
- Preventative health and nutrition for children and mothers in underprivileged communities.
- Provide programs for Night School students
- Kindergarten and community center in soft skills development for young adults in Dharavi one of Mumbai's biggest slums.
Impact:
Atma's partnership with Masoom focuses on building a strong foundation in the organization.

The Atma Partnership helped facilitate the following outcomes:
- Rebranding and marketing of organization
- Development of School evaluation system
- Structured organizational roles and responsibilities
- Working on the development of a fundraising department that can diversify their income streams
- Development of a promotional film for Masoom to encourage donations
- Training in the development of a formalized volunteer program
Milestones:
- Expansion in June to five more schools
- Additional hiring of three new staff for program management
- 10th standard students are more confident in passing exams
