(1) Setting up An Academy
An Action Plan: A short term plan (usually 1 year). This plan prioritises the short term action required to get the Club on the right path to achieving its long term vision.
(2) There are so many talented children who do not have the right means to make it big in sports. We at the Club would like to give them an opportunity to live their dreams by providing them Sports Equipment ( Graphite Hockey Sticks, Astro-turf Shoes, Nutrition) and Practice Matches with Other State Teams.
We are confident that Republican Sports Club would churn out competent sportsmen who might one day represent our country at the Olympics and bring laurels to our nation.
Fund Usage:
The mission of the Trust is to spot young & upcoming underprivileged hockey players and provide specialized training to them. We will make it possible for these youngsters to compete in National & International Events with greater degree of confidence.
The whole objective of this club is to ensure that the system of coaching is held accountable and that the children are not exploited by unscrupulous persons who have no or very little experience in coaching. To also give Educational and Medical help to these poor and deserving players.

Yuvraj Walmiki was a member of the victorious Indian Hockey Team at the Asian Champions Trophy, 2012
His younger brother Devinder Walmiki captained the Junior India Hockey team at the Asia Cup, 2012
Upcoming youngster Anup Walmiki attended the Senior & Junior India Camps in 2012
Anup Walmiki captained the Maharashtra team at the Junior Nationals held at Lucknow in Sept, 2012
Devinder Walmiki named captain of the Maharashtra team at the Senior Nationals to be held at Bangalore in Sept, 2012
3 Players were invited to play in the German Hockey League during the year 2011-12.
4 players represented Mumbai u-21 hockey team at the Junior Nationals held in Lucknow in the month of Sept, 2012
30 under privilege boys were provided with the basic need a hockey player requires i.e Hockey sticks & astro-turf shoes needed to play on artificial grass surface.
